What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy is a branch of rehabilitative health that uses specially designed exercises and equipment to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. Physical therapists are required to earn a graduate degree and have learned to examine, diagnose and treat or prevent conditions that could hinder a patient’s mobility and daily functions. They work with people of ALL ages and treat a variety of conditions. Physical therapists work with your current Primary Care Physician to provide a comprehensive treatment plan fit just for you.
